Should I go in? Painful cramps

I’m 35 weeks and have GD my baby is measuring at 6 pounds when I was 34 weeks. I go to two doctors once a week and they’re all saying my baby is very big because my GD, I know that the measurements aren’t always accurate but with my lost two babies 1 being born at 37 weeks and 8 pounds and 1 being at 38 weeks being 9 pounds I feel like it’s probably accurate. I’m having pretty painful back cramps and stomach cramps but my stomach is fighting like it normally would with contractions. I’ve tried using the bathroom and also see if it was gas and nothing. I’ve also drank a ton of water and laid down and nothing has changed. Should I go in? My pain is at like a 7 out of 10.
