STD Question

My doctor just called and said I tested positive for Trichomoniasis which she said is an STD. Does this mean my man cheated because I haven’t been with anyone else since August??? My symptoms just started. Before getting back with him in November, I got treated for BV which went away. I was tested for all STDS and was negative. Now I tested positive for Trichomoniasis. I thought it was just BV again but I was wrong. The last time I slept with someone else was August 14th and he sent me proof of being tested, that he was negative (before we had sex). Then on August 19th I had a surgery so they took my blood. If I were positive then I would know … I think 😬 Please help me out here

My current boyfriend hasn’t been tested. And never showed any proof of being tested.
