How often do you pee in a day?

I bought a one gallon * water bottle because I’ve been trying to increase my daily water intake and I cannot keep from peeing every 20-40 mins. Even at night I am getting up and disrupting my husbands sleep and my sleep at least 3-5 times a night. I stop drinking liquids and water around 6 pm and usually in bed by 9. Any suggestions? The struggle is real. I am tired of peeing 🥲

When I first started drinking a gallon of water a day 2 years ago qhen I was pregnant the first time I peed constantly. I'm pregnant again and so now I'm peeing more frequently but not as bad as the first time. But I definitely think my bladder just got accustomed because it's not near as bad 😆

14 weeks tomorrow, I pee every 30 minutes during the day and 2-3 times at night. It really helps to drink through a straw, you drink faster 😊
