Fertility Test results??

I took fertility blood tests with my doctor on day 3 and day 21. Can anyone explain what any of this means? My doctor was very rushed when explaining the tests and then they just posted the results results on my portal inline. I called to get an explanation and they just told me that everything must be normal or the doctor would have called me. I’m glad it’s normal but I would have liked more of an explanation. I don’t even know what I’m reading or what this test (day 3) is!
