People are so unhelpful sometimes

I rarely post on Facebook looking for advice and I'm having a problem with one of my birds being territorial over the dogs bed and trying to bite them when they come close so I posted looking for advice on how to correct that behaviour (first time in my 11+ years of bird ownership having this problem). It's a group specifically to ask for help and advice and such.

Not a single person actually commented on the issue itself. I got several "better keep your dogs separated from the bird else you might end up with a dead bird". OK thanks but that doesn't solve my problem, also if you read you'll see I mentioned that the dogs avoid the birds.

I got one comment to put the dogs outside when the birds are out. Thanks, but also no because the birds are out for about 10 hours a day and that doesn't address the actual issue.

I got one comment to just buy another dog bed. Again, thanks but it's assumed I have the space and again, doesn't solve the actual problem. What's to stop the bird from getting territorial over other things, I just wanted a bit of guidance.

I ended up closing the comments with getting no help. Sigh.

No, they weren't being helpful about it. I mentioned in my post what I was and wasn't doing already to try correct this behaviour and they kept commenting what I was already doing. And again, none of what they kept repeating was actually addressing the actual issue, what I was actually looking for advice on. They were being about as helpful as someone looking for advice on eating to lose weight but getting comments about how to dress better, IE not focusing on the actual question. But thanks also for your comments.
