Hen do cost?

I need a little rant. So a friend of mine is getting married and told me I was invited to her hen do. She obviously came to mine which was a basic meal out with people noting too extreme. Her hen has turned out to be a whole weekend where she’s booked a cottage for the Friday, Saturday it’s canoeing and a massage and then Saturday night a take away and movies. For the whole weekend she has asked the 14 people invited to pay £200 each not including the MOH and her mum. They want £100 instantly and then the rest in short time. Due to work I can only make the Saturday night and won’t be able to do the Friday night, canoeing and massage just the take away and movie part. Someone else had the same issue as me and asked for a break down of costs to which she was told it was £200 either way. I messaged my friend and explained I can only do one night but I am still being expected to pay £200. I would be paying for parts of the weekend I am unable to join in with. I have told her I cannot justify £200 for one night of a take away and movies and she seems pretty pissed off. I feel like if I had chosen this for my hen and people had the same problem I would not have expected people to pay for parts they wouldn’t be there for and would have taken some money off. I will not be going now as I feel like it’s a total rip off.
