Baby wash and lotion..
My son has dry patches on his face and neck. Recently i noticed he was what looks like grabbing and feeling his hair/head. His hair and scalp are dry too and I’ve tried a few things. Just today i noticed his dry scalp has red blood patches. So he’s really been scratching at his head and I’m so sad. He’s 4 months. If some one knows of good baby skin and hair care products i can try. Please I’m desperate.
