Baby number 2

Hey ladies so I just found out I am pregnant with baby number 2. I'm due November 3rd. So with my pregnancy was my March baby I had the worst morning sickness. My head was in the toilet from the second I found out until the second she was born. I've had a few losses in the past and with most of them I was pretty sick as well. With this pregnancy I feel completely normal I have barely any symptoms except for sore nipples. I'm completely freaking out because it's just so unlike me to not be sick.

For those of you who have had multiple pregnancies where your pregnancies mostly the same or were they polar opposites like mine are turning out to be? I'm trying to just stay positive but I keep thinking there's something wrong.
