Is my gold panda Molly fish ok?

I’ve noticed that it stays at the bottom and barely moving but I can still see it moving it’s tail fine. Sometimes it moved around but it’s not moving like before. I’m worried because it looks like it’s dying. It wiggles and it looks like it still has energy. I always saw it eat a lil. But I looked it up and it says it could be pregnant. It told me how i can tell if it’s a boy or girl but I still don’t know how to I think it may be a boy but not sure. If it’s a female it could be pregnant. It can be sick too because I did notice it changed color to silver. I thought it was because of how it didn’t get that much sun in the past few months since it was winter. I can see it breathing but very slowly.
