Please help? Is this a cold sore on my baby?

I don’t get them. And neither does my husband, my son went to my husbands moms home and a couple days later we have this! I’m so scared. I’m upset too. I feel for nauseous and like a bad mother.

Doesn't look like a cold sore but also may be early stage. Monitor it for now.

Could be from drool, keep an eye on the rest of their body though because the first thing that comes to mind to me is hand foot and mouth.  Do they go to daycare?

Could be anything and gone tomorrow just have to watch and wait. My bub had a few small rash like blisters develop which I was also convinced was a cold sore (and was also devastated) but it was just dermatitis and went away in a day. Don’t stress :)
