Any advice please help .

Hi there I've been having 20day cycles . And honestly it sucks. Me and my husband have been TTC for almost a year now. But my cycles are now 20 days and have been for the past 4months . And I haven't caught my ovulation in months. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or if something is wrong with me. We currently don't have any health insurance we are working on it (waiting on some paperwork) . But in the meantime is there anything I can do or take to fix this.? I'm losing my Mind with these short cycles. I completely missed my period back in September I was a month late but had negative pregnancy test. I'm so confused.
