Revenge pooping

Hey guys, I could really use some advice with this. My fully potty trained nearly-4 year old keeps revenge pooping in his underwear. If he gets a time out, if he gets corrected, if he doesn’t get what he wants, basically if he gets mad at all with me or his dad, he will poop in his pants. He will laugh about it and say “now you have to wipe my butt.” It’s entirely spiteful. I don’t know how to stop it. I tried putting him in a diaper all day but he didn’t care. He still did it and still reacted the same way. Any advice?
