Anyone experience Vasospasm after breast pumping?

I’m 3 weeks into pumping and I started a few days ago experiencing this sharp stabbing needle pains along with burning sensations and it hurts sooo bad. I was told by OB to follow up with lactation consultant but I did a week before and was told to switch to breast feeding however I stopped breast feeding because of the bleeding and pain I had on my nipples. I tried warm heating pads and hot showers and sometimes it doesn’t go away. I just read online that magnesium will help… I just had a banana and do feel the pain somewhat going away, but any parent out here with some suggestions? TYIA
