Medí-Cal help!

I applied for medi-cal through mybenefitscalwin on Jan 26th and haven’t heard back yet. My application is still processing and although I know it can take a while due to high volumes of applicants, my daughter needs to see her doctor. Her 18mo appointment is coming up and I need to speak to her pediatrician about her constipation. I’m becoming impatient and frustrated as I can’t even book an appointment and pay out of pocket (even though it would cost us a fortune). I don’t know if there’s anyway to speed up the process ? Please help with any info you may have!
