Would you wotk for a company that has bad reviews?

Question

Ive been offered an amazing position at a company that is similar to air bnb.
However the people who use this company write alot of bad reviews, saying they feel scammed etc customer support sucks apparently 
HOWEVER on glassdoor (the site where current employees write reviews about working there) the employees write ALLLL amazing things,  not a single bad one. 
My role wouldnt directly deal with people outside the company anyway
Thoughts, would you take the job?
Edit: seems theres a bit of confusion. I meant the EMPLOYEES have all good things to say, but the customers of the company arent

Yes.  Because every company from McDonald's to BP, to VRBO, to Disney, and everything in between is going to have complaints about them on some site or another.  Things are quite different when you get into the corporate backend of companies like this and the general public often times doesn't understand or isn't aware of internal processes and policies.  Hence the use of consumer and customer affairs websites and numbers.  It's more often people take the time to complain but they don't necessarily take the time to recognize good service which is why there's always more complaints posted.  
If it's for a company similar to air b&b and you're not dealing with the actual customers then my guess is the complaints are coming from them for an issue they had with a property or host that wasn't resolved to their satisfaction and hence the complaint against the company itself.

They could offer me the moon and I’d say no. Lesson I learned the hard way with my current job. I’m severely underpaid and get no support from management. I was being harassed by a coworker (while 9 months pregnant) and when I brought it to management was told he “just has a blunt personality” and I needed to try and get along with him. This dude was literally making me cry and telling me I was a shit employee. Eventually I decided to give him the same “bluntness” he was giving me and got in trouble for being “unprofessional”. It’s not worth your mental health to work for people that don’t care about you. No matter how good the job looks on paper.

Dont do it. I only lasted 6 weeks there. I thought it was weird in their contract a confirmed employee would need to serve notice for 6 months as opposed to the usual 1 month. That was a red flag. Their employees kept leaving and to keep them they made them stay on for 6 months.

I’ve done it before and I wouldn’t do it again. The company made themselves sound so great but then working there was horrible and then I started finding all the bad reviews. I only lasted about 3 months
