Could i be pregnant?

My body feels… off. Im pretty in tune with myself. With my first pregnancy, i dont remember what the early early signs were except for the breast tenderness and overall fatigue like 6 weeks in. I got my period last month as normal. My period was supposed to start today but hasnt. It usually comes on time or a day early. I ate good today, nothing unusual, im not sick. I feel weirdly hot and warm as if im developing a fever. I just got out of the shower but i almost passed out in there during. Maybe my water was hot so i made it super cold to keep me going and i still felt lightheaded. I also have a massive headache. This doesnt usually happen at the start of my period. But yes i will be purchasing some pregnancy tests tomorrow
