Too much sex?

Me & my boyfriend didn’t see eachother bc I had covid for 2 weeks. When we saw eachother finally we had sex everyday for a week. Sometimes more than once a day. We didn’t use a condom and after a couple days I felt super sore down there. It even had a little pain a day later. I always peed after sex. I also took uti tests & went to urgent care, both negative. Does this happen to anyone else after having constant sex?
