Is 6 months meeting someone too early to get pregnant either them

This girl I know was talking about her co-worker saying she met a guy on tinder and within 6 months got pregnant with him and that everyone at her work place ‘hates her’. Thing is this girl I know is constantly talking bad about people and recently came over to ask me if I’m dating someone cause she heard me talking to a guy on the phone and asks me to help her find a boyfriend, she even asked several people around if I’m in a relationship with someone so that way she can find someone.
