Dog jumped on stomach

My dog just jumped and his my stomach pretty hard with her paws. I’m 18w4d, and I’m kind of freaking out. She hit my lower stomach. Anyone have any reassurance 😬. I miscarried at 13w3d in my last pregnancy, so I’m very paranoid.
