Nervous about question from OB

Hi everyone. I am 16 weeks pregnant and I went to the Ob yesterday she was asking me questions about how I felt and then she asked if I smoked marijuana. I told her no. Which I don’t anymore and don’t intend to. I haven’t smoked since finding out that I’m pregnant (around 6-7 weeks). My husband still smokes sometimes and I’m wondering if his second hand smoking was detected in my urine . I am a little concerned. I thought about asking her about it when I go to the doctor again in a few weeks. When I had my first OB appointment there was a list of questions and one asked about previous drug usage I did state marijuana but also made it very clear that I hadn’t smoked since finding out about my pregnancy and I don’t intend to. Do you think the OB detected marijuana traces in my urine? Should I be concerned? Are OBs able to drug test you without notice? I think I’m overthinking but it threw me off when she asked me that question again when during our first appointment I told her no I didn’t smoke anymore since finding out about the baby.
