Spotting?

Has anyone else had spotting and end up with good outcomes? I had an ultrasound at 5w2d that had a gestational sac and yolk sac. I have a follow up on Tuesday and hoping to see a baby with heartbeat. Just started spotting today and now I’m panicking- I’ve had a MMC and chemical pregnancies in the past so I can’t help but to brace myself for the worst again. I did talk to my clinic- they said it’s normal. Just hoping this isn’t the end I guess
