Fetal dialated intestines ? 36 weeks

36 week ultrasound with a Specialist who said baby’s intestines look too dilated at this stage. He says they do dilate a little bit towards the end weeks due to meconium buildup (or something like that), but that my baby’s is much more prominent and is a tid bit concerned there could be a blockage. He wants to see me in 2 weeks at 38 weeks Preggo to do another ultrasound.

I’m so worried about my little one. 😔 please tell me someone has gone through this and everything was okay?
