Tips?
Any tips on how to get over some trust issues? I've been cheated on in the past and am dating someone I love with my whole heart. My brain constantly worries about trust and loyalty, and although ive never brought it up, been controlling, or even gone through their phone, I don't want to constantly feel like this. Any tips are appreciated! Hopefully starting therapy soon, but because I don't have a car it's not an option for another month or 2. Also, if you're just gonna comment something like "get help" or something extremely rude, please just don't comment at all, I'm in no way letting my insecurities getting in the way of my relationship, just want some advice on how to navigate my trauma
