Rash? Eczema?

Anyone have any idea what kind of rash this is? I thought it might be a wet rash from her drooling so much on her shirt/bib since she’s teething but it has been 3 days now and it seems to be spreading… she has a small patch on eczema on her cheek which comes and goes…

If it is a wet rash or eczema, is there anything I can put on it to help it go away? Like I said it seems to be spreading and I don’t know what to do 😥😥
