Do you still let your 4 year old sleep on your chest?

Maybe my son is too clingy or attached. But he still does this. He did have his own room but things happened and he’s back to needing to sleep with me. Not just having too but to actually fall asleep.

No. I need my space, and time and privacy with my spouse. However I do know families who cosleep/bedshare with toddlers, and I see nothing wrong with it if it works for your family...it just doesnt for ours.

He doesn’t fall asleep on my chest but I do either rock him to sleep or lay down with him until he falls asleep every night. He’s your baby, if it’s working for your family then snuggle him all you want. ❤️

When my son is sick, of course I can hold him. But I would not do it every day, he has to learn his independence and I want my husband also.

My son is almost 4 and hes not slept on my chest in over 3 years.   Hes never been a big sleeper on me.  So sad.

No. My kids don't sleep on me past the infant stage & I like it that way. Lol

Not in our bed. Usually in the living room and only if she is sick and not feeling well. But I lay her in her own bed once she falls asleep.

My son will be 4 this year and he switches between sleeping with me and hubby and my sister. He can sleep on his own tho and does on the nights I work overnight which is the majority of the week.
