Mentally drained momma
18 month old who sleep perfectly. All night, never any problems. Had covid and then another sickness and then teeth and then 18 sleep regression = has not sleep through the night in like 2 months. I am so beyond defeated and frustrated. I feel like I will never sleep again. It is just me at night. I hate this.
