Anal problems

I did anal with my SO for the first time in 5 years it was with the same person as before , he’s actually the only person I’ve done anal with . My whole now hurts really bad like it’s itchy and all and it was bleeding right after . It has now been over 24 hours and I have the same issue but no bleeding . 5 years ago we would do anal and no problem at all but nowwww idk what going on
