Food addiction

Hi everyone! So-I think I have an addiction to eating. Not necessarily to “food” per say, I don’t think. I constantly want to be eating something. I’ve been on a weight loss journey for a year now, and have lost 50lbs. I was doing really well managing my cravings-until I let myself indulge in excess things that I “thought” were safe, or convinced myself they were. Tic tacs, gum, etc. Just basically something that will give me the sensation of eating without consuming too many calories. But the thing is, I’ve gotten out of control with it-because of course I have. I gave myself an inch, and obviously ended up taking miles and miles, and now it’s become a road block in my journey. And it’s also expensive!! How do I combat this?? Is it nervous energy making me want that sensation? Or an addiction?? I just feel the need to be eating or chewing literally every minute of the day. I know this sounds crazy. But idk what to do.
