Anxiety 7 months pp

Is this a thing??? I am 7 months postpartum and have unbelievable anxiety lately. I also have fits of rage and just yell at my husband for no reason. I’m a SAHM of a 2 year old and 7 month old and I’m on my own most of the time. I never get a break bc my husband works A TON. We don’t have help from family so it’s sucks lately. Idk where this crippling anxiety came from but I’m not sleeping. I have a stomach ache all the time. I’m not sure what to do. I really don’t want to be on medication but feel totally at a loss. Advice???
