Does my baby daddy consider me family

We aren’t together at all he’s married and has two kids with his wife I cheated on him in our relationship there was a lot of verbal abuse and it was just very juvenile. He will do anything for his daughter and in the beginning I tried to be his friend… he would listen to me talk as I thought maybe we’d get back together. We’d send pics back and forth of our daughter while he was screaming out to everyone he hated me but would be nice when we talked. He’s even sent pics to me of him and our daughter but then turned around and talked bad about me and got mad when I told him he couldn’t see his daughter for thanksgiving cause I was taking her to this Guy I’ve been seeing house. I tried to ruin his relationship cause I wasn’t over him for fucking me over by moving on and keeping his relationship a secret from me and he wouldn’t let me meet his girl now wife. We now only talk about the child even though we used to engage more than that. Do you think he still considers me his family cause we have a child that shares siblings ? Or not ?
