Am I a dick to feel this way?

So during my pregnancy all last year I’ve had this friend, she was really excited for me, I asked her if she’d be down to help plan some things (baby shower, clothing, etc.) and of course she said yes! Well it didn’t happen. She didn’t help me plan anything, barely texted me or talked to me throughout my pregnancy, barely even here for me after I had my daughter. Now my friend is pregnant, of course I’m happy but she wants me to help her plan for the same things and part of me just doesn’t want to. She wasn’t present for me much during my pregnancy or after so why should I?
