Tingling maybe uti

I’m 6days pp and over the past maybe 2 days when I pee I get a tingly sensation it doesn’t really burn just tingly . I also have a 2nd degree tear . When I spray my area with a peri bottle as well I get tingling in just one spot it feels weird almost kind of like a tickling feeling ?? I also use the dermoplast and witch hazel pads . I haven’t looked at my stitches or anything to see if they look infected . I’m really not sure if it’s a uti or just from the tear itself
