Should I post these items after breakup?

My boyfriend broke up with me. I have a lot of his t shirts, but they’re only cheap ones. Should I post them back to him? 
Would it be bad to write a letter to tell him how I felt during the relationship, he never let me tell him what’s was wrong

How long have you been seperated? If he's not asking for them, he's not missing them. I'd throw them out after a while.
