Reward chart for 4 year old!?!

I have to try something new with my 4 year old. He doesn’t exactly listen well and is honestly very difficult 😅 He has been hitting, pushing and throwing sand in other kids faces. No matter what I do, nothing works. Can hardly get him to come home from grandmas house or sleep in his own bed with an hour long tantrum that consists of him destroying his room and throwing stuff against the walls. So I thought maybe a reward chart would be helpful. I don’t know how to make one though, any ideas???
