Help please 🖤🥺

Can anyone help me out on if they have experienced anything like I am and what was the cause of it? I've been struggling to find an answer for so long. I went to my OB/GYN almost 2 years ago because I was having pain with sex. The did an exam where she put a finger in me and felt around and pressed on my stomach. She said everything was fine and thought maybe I just needed to use more lube during sex and try different positions. Well fast forward to today and I'm still have pain during sex (so it's been going on for over 2 years) but now I'm have more symptoms with it

- irregular periods. I'll bleed for 2 days start then stop bleeding and then start being. My last period only last for 2 days and then 2 days of spotting here and there. (Been going on for about 6 months)

-infecrions. I can't seem to get rid of BV and yeast infection I've had it going on 3 months. It clears up for a couple days with antibiotics then comes right back.

-Lower stomach and pelvic pain.

Recently I've had times where my heart feels like it's racing and I'm going to pass out my breath is takin away from me.

-fatigue

-my skim is breaking out.

I have an internal ultrasound next month.

Has anyone else gone threw this that can give me some advice. Thank you in advance 🖤 I'm tired of being in pain all the time and not enjoying sex with my husband.
