1 year old so sick 😭😷🤒

I took her to the dr on Friday to rule out ear infection. all clear, she just has a cold I was told. Her nose is a faucet. Since Friday she has maintained a low grade fever, poor appetite, not a big interest in nursing. Today she is puking up everything I’ve given her especially breastmilk when she finally nurses.

Does this just seem like post nasal? Or maybe an ear infection has developed?

Regardless she is going back to the dr in the morning I am just a worried mama in the meantime.
