Bad pain in lower back… right side only

Hi, I’m 5w and I’ve been having on and off cramping in uterus for 2 weeks and know this is quite normal but today I’ve been having quite painful pain in my lower back. Is this normal? I tried the search bar but couldn’t find anything … I’m obviously quite early and in the first trimester.

Pain is intermittent and lasts about 5 seconds but it’s been on off all day and quite uncomfortable, and ONLY on the right hand side. Is this normal?
