We have been divorced for about 7 years. He moved before me about 50 minutes away. We found a half way point that I had to make court ordered because he kept trying to force me to drive the whole way there and most of the way to pick him back up. 3 years later moved but I kept the location the same because I moved. We have had lots of issues but recently he started telling me that I don’t buy my child clothes (he doesn’t pay child support and I claim my child every year on taxes). I do buy him stuff and try’s to say that I don’t have good hygiene for my son. The last few times have gotten worse and the last time he tried to attack my fiancé and we got a video of this. Thankfully the door was locked but he reached in my car to try to bust his phone since he couldn’t open the door. Now I’m afraid to meet there because it’s a place that no one is around. I wanted to move it to a public place and somewhere more 50/50 now. We would both have to drive about 35 minutes. Right now I drive an hr and he drives 20 minutes. I tried to be nice but this was his response (he is threatening to make me look like a bad mom in court if I switch places) and then his wife messaged me saying that I was harassing him. I only said one thing and no I have to go to court. I know he is going to be so mad and I just signed him up for child support. I’m at a loss. I don’t think he will say anything to me for awhile but I do think he will start again eventually, it happens every time.
