Please help!

Hi all! I got my first positive pregnancy test yesterday (I took three and they were all positive)! However, I have been “spotting” since Saturday. I only took a test because I noticed it was not like my normal period (my period is very regular, I know my flow, etc). It’s mainly when I wipe after using the bathroom and it is a brown color. No cramps, severe pain, or anything like that. Is this possibly still implantation bleeding or were they all false positives? 😩
