Anyone else getting sick almost every month?

Idk what’s going on but my kids keep getting sick since September almost every other month we get sick with a cold and flu. It’s not COVID at all we test every time we get sick. I’m getting tired of this 😓 I gave birth January and my baby is sick for the second time since he was born and my other kids since September have been sick more than 5 times 😢

I went through this for 2 years and it was exhausting! You have my sympathy. What ended up saving my life and my sanity was to go see a naturopathic doctor who ran blood tests and performed food intolerance tests for the entire family. It turned out we were deficient in a few minerals and we all had food intolerances to a few things. Once we cleaned up our diets and supplemented for the nutrients we were deficient in our immune systems were able to fight stuff off a lot better! Now we only get sick about twice a year and it’s not nearly as severe as it used to be. Good luck dear! I hope you find something that helps you!

Clean your house disinfect everything you all touch daily everyday.. if your children are around other people then that could b the reason.. you can drink some immune system tea

Are your kids in daycare? Are they around people who are coughing/sneezing. Given the time of year September to March is usually a time of sickness given the weather
