Ball or lump mass near my private area?

For the past 2? weeks I’ve felt some tender or soreness near my private area almost felt like hair was getting pulled or tugged when I’d touch down there which is what I put it off to be, but I decided to check and it’s not hair it’s actually some sort of ball or mass on the inside? I’ve never had this before I’m 22. I thought maybe I had a pimple but I couldn’t see any outer sign of a pimple. I circled in the pic below where it’s at.. I guess you can say it’s the size of a an acorn? Not a giant acorn but a small one.

I’m moving next week to a different state and I’m not sure if I’ll have the money to go see a gyno but if it’s something serious then I will..

Any thoughts on what it is if it’s bad or will it clear up on its own?
