My Gynecology told me to take one baby aspirin and prenatal vitamins during my all pregnancy, but she didn’t told me to take folic acid…

Prenatals contain folic acid. If you don't take prenatal, take folic acid separately.

The folic acid is in the prenatals. You don’t have to take separately. Iron and DHA is sometimes recommended in addition to the prenatal. Some, usually the gummies, don’t have it in it.
