Spotting

So i found out Sunday im pregnant with baby #5 my period was not due till thursday (april 7th) ive been extremely nauseous for about a week in a half maybe a bit longer and yesterday and today ive had some very light pink discharge/spotting off and on when i go to the bathroom with some very light cramping has anyone else experienced this? Im just really nervous as this baby wasnt planned and dont get me wrong im over the moon but im so worried about everything being ok and so far this pregnancy seems to be very different from my others i have my first appt scheduled for the 28th but just looking for some insights
