Labor

38 weeks and 4 days today. 2nd baby

Good Period cramps have been off and on for the last few hours. I’m still able to walk through them. I am 3.5 cm dilated and 80%+ effaced. My OB said the head is extremely low. Any guess on when labor will start ? Or anyone have the same thing happen.

No pain really just more along the lines of really uncomfortable period cramping the ones that you just know your gushing blood.
