Nausea gone today at 7 weeks

I am 6+6 today and 7 weeks tomorrow. I’ve had awful nausea since 5.5 weeks. This morning my 80 lb dog accidentally stepped right on my pelvic area/uterus and it scared me. Since then I had some nausea and food aversions in the morning/lunchtime. Since then, my nausea has gone away completely. Am I over thinking this? I had a miscarriage in October so I’m worried this time around. 😢

We had an ultrasound at 6+1 and baby’s heartbeat was 124 and looked perfect. 💕💙
