Nursing strike?

So my baby is about 3 and a half months old and he suddenly is refusing to nurse. He literally nursed this morning and has completely refused since. As soon as I put him to the breast he just screams his head off. I pumped and gave him a bottle which he took without issue. I was reading a little and came across nursing strikes. Idk if thats what this is? He doesn't seem to be sick. I wouldn't think it's a change in the taste of my milk seeing as he took the bottle and i havent chanhed my diet. I'm just upset 😔 do I just keep offering and hope he'll accept it eventually? (Of course I'll pump and give bottles if he refuses to maintain my supply) Did your baby go through this and if so how long did it last?
