Feeling down !!

So I think I’m out this month I DEFINITELY DID EVERYTHING RIGHT!! We baby danced on ovulation day, the day before I also took a ovulation test and I got a VERY STRONG POSITIVE that I was surging and I knew ovulation was until the next day so we did it on ovulation day.. I feel so sad now.. I start my cycle in 4-5 days I’m not following the app but I know my timing was right it had to be I got a VERY STRONG LH 😒 Maybe my body doesn’t ovulate idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ I even took mucinex before we even had sex.. I’ve been having cramps ALL WEEK AND LAST WEEK thinking it was fertilization going on.. so I think I’m definitely out!!
