Milk bleb/blister

A couple days ago I noticed a hard lump on my left breast that I assumed was a clogged milk duct. I tried massaging it in the shower but that didn’t do the trick. After a long breastfeeding session yesterday morning the clog went away but something still didn’t feel right. Last night I noticed a white spot on the tip of my nipple. I’m not sure if it’s a milk bleb or milk blister. Not really sure the difference. Would love any advice, tips or tricks to soothe it and make it go away. Thanks!
