Little back story, I found out I was pregnant on March 19,2022 saw my obgyn for my first appt on March 22 they gave me a ultrasound couldn’t see nothing but what side I concieved from which was my left ovary. Boom March 26 hit I started vaginal bleeding immediately went to the e.r because I’ve had a miscarriage in the past and I was afraid of that happening. They gave me a ultrasound they couldn’t see nothing so they checked my beta levels it was at 70miu they told me I’m early have I’m having no pain mind you so they sent me home and told me to follow up with my obgyn on March 28th I went into my obgyn to get my beta levels checked again which they increased to 187miu bleeding did stop by this time. My obgyn then scheduled for another ultrasound and follow up for April 8th. Well me and my partner ended up having intercourse and next day bleeding started again so I called my obgyn and they told me we’ll come in and check your beta again. So on March 31 I got my beta checked and it increased to

369miu. Speeding up to today April 8th I had my ultrasound and follow up with my obgyn mind you I’m supposed to be measuring 7w1d pregnant. Got my ultrasound results they saw no baby but did see the Fallopian tube from my left ovary side where I conceive From she told me thats a good sign and the fact that your levels are increasing so she’s thinking maybe I’m just early in my pregnancy and I must of concieved late in my cycle so I must be around 3-4 weeks so she had me get another beta check today and I have to check it again Sunday but I won’t know the results till mid week I’m hoping they increased but also she scheduled me to come back for another ultrasound on April 22nd and follow up.

Idk has anyone els experienced this and had a good outcome or bad one?
