Trigger warning: DV towards women

For the past few weeks on tik tok I’ve encountered multiple videos of users (men) making jokes about violence towards women. Then you have users who are calling out those “joking” about real life violence cases towards women but tik tok is only removing the ones calling out people trying to make violence towards women normalized.

My questions are do you think violence against women is becoming more normalized especially for small things such as passing gas(one video showed a guy who slapped his girlfriend for passing gas as they were playing around)

Do you think tik tok should be more active to take down those videos expressing violence towards women?

What should be taught to young girls who will enter the dating world with men who think this way?
